摘 要:水闸是水利基础设施的重要组成部分,在拦洪、排涝和通航等方面起着至关重要的作用。水闸一旦发生故障,将造成不可估量的后果,其关键部位的健康状态直接影响了水闸的安全运行,对水闸关键部位实现实时在线监测意义重大。以三汊河河口闸为研究对象,对水闸闸门进行失效模式分析,确定对关键部位支铰进行在线监测。为合理设计支铰的在线监测方案,首先对支铰进行有限元分析,通过对比支铰整体和部分的分析结果,验证该有限元分析的合理性,可以为在线监测提供一定的依据;其次,基于支铰的实际情况与有限元分析结果,确定支铰在线监测方案,包括监测位置和数据传输等,实现对支铰的在线应力监测。此外,通过数值仿真,说明支铰中各点与最大应力点之间的应力变化呈线性关系,利用线性关系和已知监测点应力信息,可对支铰最大应力点的应力值进行初步估算。提出的在线监测方案可更好地对支铰进行日常健康管理,保障水闸的平稳运行。Sluice is an important part of water conservancy infrastructure,which plays a vital role in flood holding,drainage and navigation.Once the sluice fails,it will cause immeasurable consequences,and the health status of its key parts directly affects the safe operation of sluice.It is of great signifi-cance to realize real-time online monitoring of the key parts of sluice.This paper takes Sanchahe estuary gate as the research object,analyzes the failure mode of the sluice gate,and determines the on-line monitoring of support hinge.To reasonably design the online monitoring scheme of the support hinge,the finite element analysis of the support hinge is carried out first,and the rationality of the finite element analysis is verified by comparing the analysis results of the whole and part of the sup-port hinge,which can provide a certain basis for online monitoring;Secondly,based on the actual situation of the support hinge and finite element analysis,the on-line monitoring scheme is determined,in-cluding the monitoring position and data transmission,to realize online stress monitoring of the support hinge.In addition,through numerical simulation,it is shown that the stress change between each point in the support hinge and the maximum stress point is linear.By using the linear relationship and the stress information of the known monitoring points,the stress value of the maximum stress point of the support hinge can be preliminarily estimated.The proposed research can better manage the daily health of the support hinge and ensure the smooth operation of the sluice gate.
