摘 要:分析钢丝绳漏磁检测方法中绳股信号的形成原因,提出了基于磁敏调向的钢丝绳漏磁检测绳股信号抑制方法,且搭建了消除绳股信号特征的磁敏调向试验装置,通过试验对比分析了不同磁敏方向的绳股信号特征,最终确定了抑制绳股信号的最佳磁敏调向。结果表明,该方法极大地抑制了绳股噪声信号,提高了钢丝绳损伤信号信噪比。The formation reasons of rope strand signal in magnetic leakage detection method of steel wire rope were analyzed,a signal suppression method of rope strand based on magnetic sensitive direction modulation was proposed,and a magnetic sensitive direction modulation experimental device was built to eliminate rope strand signal characteristics.The signal characteristics of rope strand in different magnetic sensitive directions were tested and compared.Finally,the best magnetic sensitive direction for rope strand signal suppression was determined through experimental analysis.The results showed the method greatly inhibited the noise signal of rope strand and improved the signal-to-noise ratio of rope damage signal.
