摘 要:聚乙烯(PE)管道广泛用于输送城市高压燃气,服役环境恶化引起的加速老化可导致管道的无预期破坏,严重影响人民的生命财产安全。针对此问题,提出了PE管道老化的非线性超声检测方法,构建PE管非线性水浸超声检测系统,并通过试验方法优化了检测参数;提取不同老化程度管材的非线性超声检测特征参数,建立了管材老化程度的非线性超声检测特征表征模型。试验结果表明:适当调整水距可接收到稳定的检测信号,非线性超声检测系数随老化程度的加深显著增大;可据此形成管道老化程度的非线性表征模型,以用于PE管热氧老化的无损检测。Polyethylene pipeline is widely used to transport high pressure gas in cities.The accelerated aging caused by the deterioration of service environment can lead to unexpected damage of the pipeline,which seriously affects the safety of people's lives and property.In this paper,a nonlinear ultrasonic detection method for PE pipe aging was proposed,and a nonlinear ultrasonic detection system for PE pipe flooding was constructed,and the detection parameters were optimized by test method.The characteristic parameters of nonlinear ultrasonic detection of pipes with different aging degrees were extracted,and the characteristic characterization model of nonlinear ultrasonic detection of pipes with different aging degrees was established.The results showed that a stable detection signal can be received by adjusting the water distance properly,and the nonlinear ultrasonic detection coefficient increases significantly with the increased of aging degree,which can be used to form a nonlinear characterization model of aging degree,which can be used for non destructive testing of thermal oxygen aging of PE pipes.
