摘  要:井眼轨道控制技术是石油钻井工程成套技术中的关键环节,旋转导向系统可在钻柱旋转钻进过程中根据地质和工程目标实时调整井眼轨迹,有效提高井眼轨道控制精度和钻进效率,进一步把钻井技术推向自动化、信息化的新阶段。国外历经近30年发展,已形成种类齐全化、功能多样化和尺寸系列化的旋转导向系统产品。文章通过对旋转导向系统的发展过程进行简单回顾和总结,特别是在对当前实现商业化应用的各种旋转导向产品性能特点分析、技术现状对比的基础上,提出推动我国旋转导向系统发展建议,以便于正确认识当前的技术现状、展望未来发展趋势和把握研究方向,为我国油气资源安全高效开发提供有力的工程技术支撑。The trajectory control technology is a key component in petroleum drilling engineering.The rotary steerable system can adjust the wellbore trajectory in real-time according to geological and engineering goals while drilling,which can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of wellbore trajectory control,motivating drilling tech-digital&automation to a new stage.After nearly 30 years of development,the rotary steerable technology has formed a diversified and functional series of products abroad.Through a brief review and summary of the development process of the rotary steerable system,especially on the basis of the analysis of the performance characteristics of various commercialized and the comparison of the current technical status,some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the rotary steerable system in China,so as to correctly understand the current technical status,look forward to the future development trend,choose the right research direction,and provide strong engineering and technical support for the safe and efficient development of oil and gas resources in China.
