摘 要:钻井过程中井眼井径信息能辅助识别井下岩屑床与掉块等异常状态,根据井眼形状可对井壁裂缝发育程度和方向以及固井质量、套损情况进行分析。但现阶段表征井径图形的形式单一,直观性较差,采用简单数学计算得到的平均井径变化率隐藏了严重扩径点、缩径点等带来的工程影响,尚未建立连续井段井径变化合格率量化方法。文章基于井径测井数据,采用数学表征、理论推导等综合方法,建立井径平面化图形表征方法,推导出等效周长平均井径变化率及连续井段井径合格率量化方法,精细刻画出连续井段井筒信息。以A油田为例,对其2020—2021年期间的74口已钻井井径进行综合表征,分析表明钻遇B地层易发生坍塌、掉块,已钻井中井径变化合格率多在90%以上,井眼井径综合表征方法能较好表征油田井径信息,井径平面化图形表征能深刻反映井径变化内在含义,等效周长平均井径变化率计算方法使平均井径变化率对异常值点更加敏感,工程安全性增加,井径合格率量化方法首次量化计算连续井段井径合格率,为钻井作业质量评估、井筒质量评价提供了理论依据。Drilling diameter information can assist in identifying abnormal conditions such as rock cuttings beds and falling blocks underground.Based on the shape of the wellbore,the quality of cementing,casing damage,and the degree and direction of fracture can be analyzed.At present,the form of characterizing well diameter graph is simple and the intuitionistic is poor.The average wellbore diameter change rate calculated using simple mathematical averaging hides the engineering impact caused by serious expansion and contraction points and other abnormal situations.Moreover,a quantitative method for determining the qualification rate of continuous wellbore diameter changes has not yet been established.This article is based on wellbore logging data and adopts comprehensive methods such as mathematical representation and theoretical derivation to establish a flat wellbore graphical representation method.The equivalent circumference average wellbore change rate and the quantification method of continuous wellbore qualification rate are derived to finely characterize the wellbore information of continuous drilling sections.Taking A oilfield as an example,a comprehensive characterization of 74 drilled well diameters from 2020 to 2021 was conducted.The analysis showed that drilling in B formation is prone to collapse and block falling,and the qualified rate of well diameter changes in drilled wells is mostly over 90%.The comprehensive characterization method of wellbore diameter can better characterize the information of oilfield wellbore diameter,and the planar graphical representation of wellbore diameter can deeply reflect the inherent meaning of wellbore diameter changes.The calculation method of equivalent circumference average wellbore diameter change rate has expanded the sensitivity of average wellbore diameter change rate to outlier points,increased engineering safety,and quantified the wellbore qualification rate for the first time.This provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of drilling operation quality and
