摘　　要：“人的自由全面发展”是马克思为社会主义、共产主义新型社会确立的最高社会发展价值目标。这一理论思想对于中国在新时代正确引领中国式现代化航程、推进实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程和创造人类文明形态,提供了重要的理论指导原则。通过系统梳理马克思这一不断深化的光辉思想的形成过程、理论表述和科学论证,强调“人的全面发展”“人的自由发展”和“每个人的发展”三个方面的整体不可分割性。中国式现代化把马克思的社会理想变为伟大实践,依据习近平新时代中国特色社会主义理论,论述了“社会主义”是实现人的自由全面发展目标道路自信的根本体现、“中国特色”是实现人的自由全面发展目标文化自信的根本体现、“新时代”是实现人的自由全面发展目标历史自信的根本体现。在新时代坚持这“三个自信”要求做到“三个推进”,即全面推进中国式现代化建设、全面推进美好生活奋斗目标的实现和全面推进人的自由全面发展的历史性进步。“Comprehensive freedom and well-rounded development of human beings”is the highest social development value goal established by Marx fir the new socialism and communist party.This theoretical idea provides important theoretical guiding principles for China's correct learship in the journey of Chinese-style modernization in the new era,promoting the historical process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and creating a new form of human civilization.By systematically examining the formation process,theoretical expression,and scientific reasoning of Marx's evolving and brilliant ideas this study emphasizes the inseparability of the three aspects:“comprehensive development of human beings”,“freedom development of human beings”,and“development of every individual”.Chinese-style modernization has turned Marx's social ideals into great practice.Based on Xi Jinping's theory on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,this study discusses how“socialism”embodies the confidence in the path to achieve the goal of comprehensive freedom and development of human beings;“Chinese characteristics”embodies the confidence in Chinese culture to achieve the goal of comprehensive freedom and development of human beings,and“the new era”embodies the confidence in Chinese history to achieve the goal of comprehensive freedom and development of human beings.In the new era,adhering to the requirements of these“three Confidences”and achieving“Three Advancements”,namely,comprehensively advancing Chinese-style modernization,comprehensively advancing the realization of the goal of a better life for all,and comprehensively advancing the historic progress of comprehensive freedom and development of human beings.
