摘　　要：数字劳动作为数字经济时代应运而生的产物,不仅有其出现的逻辑必然性,也正在以前所未有的速度和深度反作用于传统的社会生活和经济增长方式。通过从数字劳动的具体内涵出发,在明晰数字劳动价值实现过程的基础上,分析了其在数字经济时代出现的必然性和可行性,以及对经济社会带来的宏观上推动经济高质量发展、中观上促进产业结构转型升级、微观上激发市场主体活力等反馈影响。并为此从政府、企业、工会组织和数字劳动者的不同主体视角进一步提出数字劳动的发展路向,以期深入揭示数字劳动本质,推动数字劳动与新的经济社会发展阶段相适应。As a product of the digital economy era,digital labor not only has its own logic inevitability but also exerting unprecedented speed and depth of influence on traditional social life and economic growth patterns.Starting from the specific connotation of digital labor and clarifying the process of realizing its value,this study analyzes its inevitability and feasibility in the era of digital economy.It also explores the macro-level feedback effects on promoting high-quality economic development,the meso level effects on facilitating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and the micro-level effects on stimulating the vitality of the market entities.Furthermore,from the perspectives of different stakeholders such as the government,enterprises,labor unions and digital workers,this study proposes the development direction of digital labor to reveal its nature and align it with new stages of economic and social development.
