摘　　要：文中介绍了JB/T 9663-2013标准对控制器延时时间的测试要求与控制器工作原理。结合标准要求与控制器输出回路工作方式,介绍了一种可用于测量控制器延时时间测试方法。在此方法中,通过数据采集系统测量通道采集控制器输出回路V12与K1至K12中DC12电压信号和取样电流回路三相开关进线端相间AC47V电压波形出现或消失时刻。利用采集到的波形,测量控制器接通与分断延时时间。This paper introduces the test requirements specified in JB/T 9663-2013 for measuring controller delay time and outlines the controller's working principle.Combining with the standard requirements and the working mode of the output loop of the controller,a test method which can be used to measure the delay time of the controller is introduced.In this method,the DC12 voltage signal in the controller output loop V12 and K1 to K12 and the phase AC47V voltage waveform at the inlet end of the sampling current loop phase appear or disappear through the measurement channel of the data acquisition system.By using the acquired waveform,the controller switching on and off delay time is measured.
