摘  要:文中以差式扫描量热法(DSC)测定PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)纤维含量为实验依据,分析实验过程中的不确定度来源并进行具体量化,得出差式扫描量热仪系统误差和热量求积是不确定度主要来源的结论。DSC法测定PTT纤维含量的相对扩展不确定度为3.58%(k=2)。根据笔者在实验室长期检测的经验,给出提高检测结果准确性的建议。Based on the measurement of PTT(Polypropylene glycol terephthalate)fiber content by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),the sources of uncertainty in the experiment were analyzed and quantified in detail.The analysis revealed that the measurement uncertainty mainly comes from differential scanning calorimeter system error and heat quadrature.Consequently,the relative expanded uncertainty of PTT fiber content by DSC was 3.58%(k=2).In addition,according to the author's extensive laboratory testing experience,,some suggestions were given to improve the accuracy of the detection results.
