摘 要:在当今极端气候事件频发、城市面临的风险和挑战日益增加的背景下,韧性城市建设被视为应对城市风险和危机的重要理念与方法,引起了社会各界的广泛关注,成为近年来城市发展研究的新兴热点。论文聚焦于“如何通过规划设计提升城市空间韧性”这一重要议题,以盐城滨海港工业园区港城启动区开发建设为契机,结合城市设计手法,探索实践韧性规划设计方法。In the context of frequent extreme climate events and increasing risks and challenges faced by cities,the construction of resilient cities is regarded as an important concept and method to address urban risks and crises,which has attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society and has become an emerging hot topic in urban development research in recent years.This article focuses on the important issue of“how to enhance urban spatial resilience through planning and design”,taking the development and construction of the Yancheng Binhai Port Industrial Park Port City Launch Zone as an opportunity,combined with urban design techniques,this article explores and practices resilience planning and design methods.
