城市更新视角下建筑构建与美学发展趋势研究

摘　　要：以建筑构建中立面形象的探索为媒介,在建筑的传统继承、空间美学、城市精神导向性3个方面进行了研究和总结,并以郑州市辖区新密市白寨镇蓝城桃花源项目和西安市郭北棚户区改造的新兴洵庐项目为例,透过传统与现代两种建筑风格的实践,着重分析了建筑的构建语汇对城市面貌的影响,并从城市更新的角度对建筑美学的发展趋势进行了深入探讨。Through the exploration of architectural facades,this article researches and summarizes three aspects:traditional inheritance of architecture,spatial aesthetics,and urban spiritual orientation.Taking the Bluecity project in Baizhai Town,Xinmi City,Zhengzhou City,and the Xinxing Xunlu project in the Guobei Town,Xi’an City as examples,through the exploration of traditional and modern architectural styles,it focuses on analyzing the impact of architectural construction vocabulary on the urban appearance,and conducts an in-depth discussion on the development trend of architectural aesthetics from the perspective of urban renewal.
