摘 要:主要研究目前工业上大量采用的,以甲醇为原料,利用银催化剂法和铁钼催化剂法制作甲醛的生产工艺。通过银法和铁钼法的对比分析,得出在碳减排背景下,银法具有一定优势,同时主要生产设备均已国产化,值得进一步推广。同时,论文以某银法年产8万t甲醛项目为例进行碳排放核算,并与铁钼法进行比较,说明其碳减排优势。The production process of formaldehyde with methanol as raw material,silver catalyst method and iron molybdenum catalyst method,which are widely used in industry,is studied.Through the comparative analysis of silver method and Fe-Mo method,it is concluded that silver method has certain advantages in the background of carbon reduction,and the main production equipment has been localized,which is worthy of further promotion.At the same time,the paper takes a silver method with an annual output of 80,000 t formaldehyde project as an example to calculate carbon emissions,and compares it with the iron molybdenum method to explain its carbon emission reduction advantages.
