摘 要:赣州银行厦门金融大厦工程基坑开挖13 m,紧邻主干道,采用“支护桩+钢筋混凝土支撑”的支护形式。在基坑支护结构完成后,进行地下室施工时,需进行换撑施工和拆除混凝土支撑体系。换撑施工及支撑拆除过程必须保证基坑系统的稳定,论文主要阐述了该工程的内支撑方案、换撑施工技术、拆撑施工技术、基坑监测方案等内容,拆换施工中按照先撑后拆原则,由中间向两端进行拆除,基坑及周边环境变形得到有效控制。The foundation pit of Xiamen Financial Building Project of Ganzhou Bank is excavated for 13 m,which is close to the main road and adopts the supporting form of“supporting pile+reinforced concrete support”.After the foundation pit supporting structure is completed,the basement construction will be carried out.During the construction,it is necessary to change the support and dismantle the concrete supporting system.The stability of the foundation pit system must be ensured in the process of support replacement construction and support removal.This paper mainly expounds the internal support scheme,support replacement construction technology,support removal construction technology and foundation pit monitoring scheme of this project.According to the principle of support first and then remove,the foundation pit and surrounding environment are removed from the middle to both ends,and the deformation is effectively controlled.
