高黏裂缝修补材料在道路养护中的应用

摘  要:基于西南地区夏季多雨特点对该地区路面裂缝类型及成因进行分析,并提出修补方案,对自研修补材料进行室内试验验证,通过测试流动性、软化点、锥入度和低温延度对自研修补材料进行性能评价,发现自研修补材料在流动性、软化点和锥入度方面相较于贴缝胶具有较大优势,虽然其低温性能略差于贴缝胶和SBS改性热沥青,但考虑与原路面的模量匹配性,还是综合推荐自研修补材料对西南地区路面裂缝进行修补。Based on the characteristics of rainy summer in Southwest China,the types and causes of pavement cracks in this area were analyzed and the repair scheme was proposed.Laboratory tests were carried out to verify the self-developed repair materials,and the properties of the self-developed repair materials were evaluated by testing fluidity,softening point,cone penetration and low temperature ductivity.It is found that the self-developed mending material has greater advantages in fluidity,softening point and coning degree than the adhesive.Although its low temperature performance is slightly worse than the adhesive and SBS modified hot asphalt,considering the modulus matching with the original pavement,the self-developed mending material is still recommended to repair pavement cracks in southwest China.
