摘  要:针对非洲工程市场项目开发和投标经营策略进行研究,分析非洲市场开发过程中存在的风险,并提出相应的应对措施。通过探讨对所在国市场需求的了解、发挥主观能动性和坚持设计引领、寻找合适合作伙伴、优化项目方案以及在在建项目中积极履行社会责任等各方面策略,为我国企业在非洲市场的开拓和发展提供参考,以满足中国企业“走出去”的战略需求。This paper studies the project development and bidding management strategies of African engineering market,analyzes the risks in the process of African market development,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.By exploring various strategies such as understanding the market demand of the host country,giving play to the subjective initiative and adhering to the design leadership,searching for suitable partners,optimizing the project plan and actively fulfilling the social responsibility in the ongoing projects,we can provide references for the development and development of Chinese enterprises in the African market,so as to meet the strategic needs of Chinese enterprises to“go global”.
