摘　　要：乡村旅游是有效激活农村产业,实现农民增收、农业增效、农村繁荣的一条重要途径。目前河南省乡村旅游业取得一些经验:因村制宜、不搞大拆大建、植绿造绿、产业融合和展销结合等。但同时也存在不少问题:乡村旅游的法律法规和制度不完善、破坏生态环境事件时有发生、从业人员素质不高、旅游产品竞争力不强、缺乏足够的资金支持等。今后应从以下几方面改进:完善旅游土地使用及其管理制度、加强旅游基础设施建设、加快旅游专业人才培养、以旅“促农”、培育精品项目、加大资金等政策扶持力度、文旅融合和统筹资源等。Rural tourism serves as a significant avenue to effectively stimulate rural industries,enhance farmers'income,improve agricultural efficiency,and promote rural prosperity.At present,Henan Province has accumulated valuable experiences in rural tourism development,including strategies tailored to local conditions,avoiding excessive demolitions and constructions,promoting environmental sustainability,fostering industry integration,and combining production with marketing.However,it also faces various challenges,such as incomplete legal regulations and systems for rural tourism,occasional environmental degradation incidents,insufficient qualifications of the workforce,limited competitiveness of tourism products,and inadequate financial support.In the future,improvements should be made in several areas,including enhancing the regulatory framework for land use in tourism,strengthening tourism infrastructure,accelerating the cultivation of tourism professionals,using tourism to support agriculture,nurturing high-quality projects,increasing policy support and funding,and promoting integration between culture and tourism while coordinating available resources.
