摘  要:介绍了一种新型铁基时效强化型NCF3015气阀合金时效处理后的金相试样制备方法,利用预磨机进行磨抛处理,并利用10%(体积分数)草酸溶液电解腐蚀,用体视显微镜和光学显微镜对试样进行表面形貌观察。提出了时效处理后NCF3015气阀合金试样磨制表面出现交乱划痕、曳尾、多平面等问题的解决方法,得到表面光洁无划痕的优质金相试样。A new method for preparing metallographic specimens of NCF3015 gas valve alloy with iron-based aging strengthening after aging treatment was introduced.The specimens were ground and polished using a pre-mill,and electrolytic corrosion was carried out using a 10%(volume fraction)oxalic acid solution.The surface morphology of specimen was observed using a stereomicroscope and an optical microscope.A solution was proposed to address the issues of scattered scratches,trailing edges and multiple planes on the surface of NCF3015 valve alloy specimens after aging treatment,resulting in a high-quality metallographic specimen with a smooth and scratch free surface.
