摘  要:某超超临界锅炉捞渣机链条多次出现断裂问题,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法研究了链条断裂的原因。结果表明:链条中Cr、Mo元素含量偏低,且未对链条进行回火处理,导致材料脆性过大,受外力冲击时易发生脆性断裂;长期服役后链条表面淬硬层沿晶开裂现象严重,链条内部夹杂物过多,使裂纹向内扩展,最终导致链条断裂。The chains of the slag extractor of a certain ultra supercritical boiler repeatedly broke.The causes of chain fracture were studied using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy analysis.The results show that the content of Cr and Mo elements in the chain was low,and the chain was not subjected to tempering treatment,resulting in excessive brittleness of the material and susceptibility to brittle fracture under external impact.After long-term service,the surface hardening layer of the chain exhibited severe intergranular cracking,and there were too many inclusions inside the chain,causing the crack to propagate inward and ultimately led to chain fracture.
