摘  要:某钢厂宽厚板车间机架辊轴承外圈发生断裂事故。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法分析了轴承外圈断裂的原因。结果表明:轴承座发生变形,导致轴承发生偏载现象;轴承滚子受到异常轴向力,轴承外圈滚道边缘受到滚子的大载荷碾压,产生应力集中;轴承外圈材料脆性较大,使材料形成微裂纹,裂纹向滚道内部扩展,最终导致轴承外圈断裂。A fracture accident occurred on the outer ring of the roller bearing in the wide and thick plate workshop of a certain steel plant.The causes of bearing outer ring fracture were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance testing,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy analysis.The results show that the bearing seat was deformed,led to partial loading of the bearing.The bearing rollers were subjected to abnormal axial forces,and the edge of the outer ring raceway of the bearing was subjected to heavy loads from the rollers,resulting in stress concentration.The material of the outer ring of the bearing was brittle,causing microcracks to form in the material.The cracks extended towards the inside of the raceway,ultimately led to the fracture of the outer ring of the bearing.
