变与不变:新中国成立以来劳模文化叙事的内在逻辑

摘　　要：劳模文化是中国特色社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,是劳模优秀道德品质的具体展现。新中国成立以来,劳模文化叙事的发展演进蕴含着“变”与“不变”的哲学智慧。从外在呈现来看,劳模文化叙事内容因变而化、叙事符号因变而进、叙事传播因变而新,呈现出契合时代风貌的演变图式;从内在本质来看,劳模文化叙事立场旗帜鲜明、叙事内涵一以贯之、叙事价值始终如一,呈现出守常以立、守常以续、守常以育的叙事指向。要科学把握新中国成立以来劳模文化叙事的内在逻辑,就需要在“守”与“变”的联动中澄清劳模文化的核心要义,在“内”与“外”的融合中筑造劳模文化的叙事根基,在“情”与“理”的统一中建构劳模文化的叙事共识。Model worker culture is an important component of the advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,which embodies excellent moral qualities of model workers.The development and evolution of the narrative of model worker culture,since the establishment of New China,has contained the philosophical wisdom of both mutability and immutability.From its external presentation,the content of the narrative of model worker culture has changed with the times,the narrative symbols have been updated,and the narrative dissemination has undergone transformation,forming an evolutionary pattern that fi ts the current era.From its internal nature,the narrative of model worker culture takes a clear stance,maintains consistent content and the same value,presenting a narrative direction of adherence,continuation,and education through adherence to tradition.To scientifi cally grasp its inner logic since the establishment of New China,it is necessary to clarify its core meaning in the linkage between adherence and transformation,build its narrative foundation in the integration of internal and external factors,and construct its narrative consensus through the unity of emotion and reason.
