满铺地下室基础筏板跳仓法施工工艺与技术研究

摘　　要：跳仓法大体积混凝土施工是一种取消设置后浇带的新型施工技术,能够有效减少混凝土裂缝问题。本研究结合某地下室基础筏板超大体积混凝土跳仓法施工技术,从方案优势分析、工艺流程、质量控制要点等要素分析跳仓法施工技术。相较后浇带施工方法,跳仓法具有施工难度小、节省工期及经济效益高等优势。The construction of mass concrete by skip warehouse method is a new construction technology that cancels the setting of post pouring belt,and can effectively reduce the concrete cracks.Combined with the construction technology of super large volume concrete skip method for the basement foundation raft of one project,this paper analyzes the skip method construction technology from the advantages of the scheme,process flow,quality control points and other elements.It is proved that compared with the construction of post cast strip,the skip warehouse method has the advantages of less construction difficulty,less construction period and economic benefits.
