摘 要:针对软土地层大直径泥水盾构施工中的地表沉降控制问题,以杭州市某过江隧道两台大直径泥水盾构在淤泥质粉质粘土地层的施工为背景,通过理论分析计算和现场实践验证,对影响地表沉降的开挖仓压力设定、同步注浆配合比、盾构姿态控制和盾体同步填充进行研究,总结出软土地层大直径泥水盾构施工中开挖仓压力设为静止土压力与主动土压力的平均值降低0.2bar,同步注浆浆液的最优配合比设计,中盾注浆参数的设定和监控量测的及时反馈等地表沉降的技术措施和控制要点,研究成果可为软土地层泥水盾构隧道施工中地表沉降预防控制提供有益的参考与借鉴。Aiming at the problem of surface settlement control in the construction of large-diameter mud-water shield in soft soil layer,the construction of two large-diameter mud-water shield tunnels in a cross-river tunnel in Hangzhou is taken as the background,through theoretical analysis and calculation and field practice verification,the excavation bin pressure setting,synchronous grouting mix ratio,shield attitude control and shield body synchronous filling which affect the surface settlement are studied,the technical measures and control points of surface settlement in the construction of large diameter mud-water shield in soft soil layer are summarized,such as setting the pressure of excavation chamber 0.2bar lower than the average value of static earth pressure and active earth pressure as the balance pressure,optimal mix ratio design of synchronous grouting slurry,parameter setting of shield shell grouting and timely monitoring,measurement feedback.The research results can provide a useful reference for the prevention and control of surface settlement in the construction of mud-water shield tunnel in soft soil layer.
