摘 要:通过介绍某框架剪力墙结构综合商场装修改造后的加固设计思路与方法,基于有限元分析,采用增大截面和粘钢的方法对钢亭柱脚附近框架梁进行加固,并对新增亭子造型钢结构前后的建筑结构受力性能及安全性的计算结果进行对比分析,从而确定加固范围并制订安全有效的加固方案,保证加固施工顺利进行。结果表明,该加固设计与施工方案在保持商场原始结构的基础上,保障了商场整体结构的抗震性能与安全稳固性,并达到相应规范要求,后续使用年限可延长30年。This paper introduces the design ideas and methods of reinforcement after renovation of a comprehensive shopping mall with frame shear wall structure.Based on finite element analysis,the frame beams near the column feet of the steel pavilion are strengthened by increasing the section and gluing steel,and the calculation results of the mechanical performance and safety of the building structure before and after the new steel structure is added are compared and analyzed.Thus determine the scope of reinforcement and formulate a safe and effective reinforcement scheme to ensure the smooth progress of reinforcement construction.The results show that,on the basis of maintaining the original structure of the shopping mall,the reinforcement design and construction scheme can ensure the seismic performance and safety stability of the overall structure of the shopping mall,and meet the requirements of the corresponding code,and the subsequent service life can be extended by 30 years.
