摘 要:随着城市化进程的不断加快,老旧小区中存在的建筑结构问题受到越来越多的关注。传统的既有建筑结构检测鉴定方法存在冗杂的检测方案、结构现场检测难度大、材料强度检测不准确等问题。BIM技术的应用为既有建筑结构检测鉴定带来了新的解决方案。通过建立数字化模型,BIM技术可以实现对建筑结构的全面检测和分析,包括房屋结构安全性鉴定、材料强度的检测和房屋结构抗震性检测等。此外,BIM技术还可以提供可视化的数据展示,帮助相关人员更好地了解建筑结构的情况,为结构维护和改造提供科学依据。因此,BIM技术在既有建筑结构检测鉴定中的应用具有广阔的发展前景。With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the structural problems existing in old residential areas are receiving increasing attention.the traditional methods for detecting and identifying existing building structures have problems such as redundant detection schemes,high difficulty in on-site structural testing,and inaccurate material strength testing.the application of BIM technology has brought new solutions for the inspection and appraisal of existing building structures.By establishing digital models,BIM technology can achieve comprehensive detection and analysis of building structures,including safety assessment of building structures,material strength testing,and seismic resistance testing of building structures.In addition,BIM technology can also provide visual data display,help relevant personnel better understand the situation of building structures,and provide scientific basis for structural maintenance and renovation.therefore,the application of BIM technology in the detection and identification of existing building structures has broad development prospects.
