摘  要:高墩施工目前采用的施工方法主要有滑模、爬模和翻模3种,重点针对高墩翻模技术的应用进行论述。以某高速公路桥梁工程为例,确定翻模系统的组成,构建翻模三维有限元模型,计算关键构件的应力及变形,并将三维模型模拟结果与现场监测数据进行对比。研究表明,背楞的应力和变形的最大值均集中在角点处,需加强此部位;模拟结果中,翻模系统各构件的应力和变形量均符合要求;不同浇筑高度下,横梁和面板的应力存在差异,横梁各部位的应力有所区别,最大应力集中在横梁左侧;现场监测结果显示墩身线型控制效果良好。高墩施工技术在本高速公路桥梁工程中切实可行,具有推广价值。At present,the construction methods of high pier construction mainly include sliding form,climbing form and tilting form.This paper focuses on the application of tilting form technology of high pier.Taking a highway bridge project as an example,the composition of the overturning mold system is determined,the three-dimensional finite element model of the overturning mold is constructed,the stress and deformation of key components are calculated,and the simulation results of the three-dimensional model are compared with the field monitoring data.The study shows that the maximum stress and deformation of the back corrugation are concentrated at the corner point,which should be strengthened.In the simulation results,the stress and deformation of each component of the die-turning system meet the requirements.Under different pouring height,the stress of the beam and the panel is different,the stress of each part of the beam is different,and the maximum stress is concentrated on the left side of the beam.Field monitoring results show that the control effect of pier profile is good.The construction technology of high pier is feasible in this expressway bridge project and has the value of popularization.
