摘 要:紧邻地铁车站深大基坑施工对已运营地下结构的影响不可忽视,依托某工程,开展内支撑快速拆除安全控制技术的研发,采用数值模拟仿真对拆除方案合理性进行专项优化分析,通过现场监测数据分析基坑内支撑快速拆除各阶段的围护结构变形、支撑轴力及周边地表沉降的变化规律进行性状揭示。研究结果表明:采用现有围护结构体系满足安全合理性要求;邻近地铁侧采用荤素咬合桩围护的整体水平位移小于远离地铁侧采用钻孔灌注桩围护工况;最底部支撑拆除对基坑围护结构影响最大,拆撑对相邻支撑影响较大、对间隔支撑影响较小;拆撑顺序对基坑围护体系及周边环境影响显著,研究成果可对类似工程提供参考。The impact of the construction of the deep and large foundation pit adjacent to the subway station on the already operational underground structure cannot be ignored.Based on the Nanjing Daming Road foundation pit project,the research and development of safety control technology for rapid removal of internal support were carried out.Numerical simulation was used to optimize and analyze the rationality of the removal plan.Through on-site monitoring data,the deformation of the surrounding structure during each stage of rapid removal of internal support in the foundation pit was analyzed Reveal the characteristics of the changes in support axial force and surrounding surface settlement.The research results indicate that using the existing enclosure structure system fully meets the safety and rationality requirements;The overall horizontal displacement of using composite pile type system for enclosure near the subway side is smaller than that of using drilled cast-in-place piles for enclosure far from the subway side;The removal of the bottom support has the greatest impact on the foundation pit enclosure structure,while the removal of the support has a greater impact on adjacent supports and a smaller impact on interval supports;The dismantling sequence has a significant impact on the foundation pit enclosure system and surrounding environment,and the research results can provide reference for similar projects.
