摘 要:研究基于溴酸钾氧化前处理(盐酸-溴酸钾溶解法、混合酸-溴酸钾消解法和干灰化-溴酸钾-盐酸溶解法)将试样中铬转化为六价铬(Cr^(6+))可溶性铬,利用原子吸收光谱法建立了饲料中铬的测定方法。结果表明:新建的盐酸-溴酸钾消解法测得三氧化二铬(Cr_(2)O_(3))中铬的回收率,比对照组的硝酸溶解法、盐酸溶解法和混合酸酸消解法分别提高了94.17%、90.71%和88.01%(P<0.05);混合酸-溴酸钾溶解法测得蛋氨酸铬、吡啶甲酸铬、混合型添加剂吡啶甲酸铬1和混合型添加剂吡啶甲酸铬2中铬的回收率,比对干灰化法、盐酸溶解法、混合酸消解法和干灰化-溴酸钾-盐酸溶解法分别提高了96.04%、9.37%、0.08%、95.95%,96.54%、9.8%、1.71%、96.58%,63.15%、34.6%、3.03%、42.16%,76.94%、45.38%、4.79%、20.75%;干灰化-溴酸钾-盐酸溶解法测得仔猪配合饲料、产蛋鸡浓缩饲料、猪用微量元素预混合饲料和蛋鸡预混合饲料中铬的回收率,比国标干灰化法分别提高了13.7%、51.7%、54.41%和70.19%(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,新建方法克服了样品中难溶性铬、挥发性铬及干灰化法处理后所形成的难溶性物质对铬测定结果的影响,线性关系良好、检出限低、测定结果准确,为准确测定饲料中铬的提供了参考。In this study,chromium was converted into Cr^(6+)soluble chromium by potassium bromate pretreatment(hydrochloric acid-potassium bromate dissolution,mixed acid-potassium bromate digestion and dry ashing-potassium bromate-hydrochloric acid dissolution),and a method using atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine chromium in feed was established.The results show that the new method of hydrochloric acid-potassium bromate digestion increased the recovery rate of chromium in Cr_(2)O_(3) compared to the control groups by 94.17%,90.71% and 88.01% respectively(P<0.05).The mixed acid-potassium bromate dissolution method increased the recovery rates of chromium in methionine chromium,chromium picolinate,chromium picolinate 1 and chromium picolinate 2 compared to dry ashing method,hydrochloric acid dissolving method,mixed acid dissolving method and dry ashing-potassium bromate-hydrochloric acid dissolving method by 96.04%,9.37%,0.08%,95.95%,96.54%,9.8%,1.71%,96.58%,63.15%,34.6%,3.03%,42.16%,76.94%,45.38%,4.79% and 20.75% respectively.The dry ashing-potassium bromate-hydrochloric acid dissolution method increased the recovery rates of chromium in piglet formula feed,concentrated feed for laying hens,micronutrient premixed feed for pigs and premixed feed for laying hens compared to the national standard dry ashing method by 13.7%,51.7%,54.41% and 70.19% respectively(P<0.05).The results show that the new methods overcome the influence of insoluble chromium,volatile chromium and insoluble matter formed by dry ashing on the determination of chromium in the sample,with good linearity,low detection limit and accurate result,providing reference for accurate determination of chromium in feed.
