摘 要:以“三全育人”引领工匠精神培育是中国式职业教育现代化建设的科学经验,也是中国式职业教育现代化的德育创举。“三全育人”理念可为工匠精神培育提供指引,工匠精神培育也可为“三全育人”工作的实施提供载体和路径,两者育人目标契合、育人内容共通、育人路径统一。为破解职业院校在“三全育人”引领工匠精神培育工作中面临的素养水平欠缺、重视程度不够、培育力度薄弱等问题,文章基于全员、全过程、全方位三个层面探索职业院校全方位网络人才培养模式,以期为我国高职院校工匠精神的传承和弘扬提供启示。The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit guided by the"three complete education"is a scientific experi⁃ence and a moral innovation in the modernization of Chinese vocational education.The concept of"three com⁃plete education"can provide guidance for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and the cultivation of craftsman⁃ship spirit can also provide a carrier and path for the implementation of"three complete education"work.The two educational goals are in line,the educational content is common,and the educational path is unified.In or⁃der to solve the problems faced by vocational colleges in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit under the guid⁃ance of"three complete education",such as lack of literacy level,insufficient emphasis,and weak cultivation ef⁃forts,this paper explores a talent cultivation model for vocational colleges in a comprehensive network based on three levels:all staff,all process,and all aspects,in order to provide inspiration for the inheritance and promotion of craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges in China.
