摘　　要：目的探讨手法淋巴引流联合“合穴”按摩综合治疗对肿瘤患者肢体淋巴水肿的影响。方法选择2022年6月至2023年12月在泰州市人民医院肿瘤科、妇科、乳腺外科病区住院的60例肢体淋巴水肿患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法将患者分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组患者给予常规护理手法引流,研究组患者则开展常规护理手法引流联合“合穴”按摩综合治疗,对比两组治疗前后患肢与健肢水肿周径差值及肢体淋巴水肿治疗效果。结果研究组治疗前后肢体周径差值明显大于对照组,患者的肢体水肿情况改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法淋巴引流联合“合穴”按摩综合治疗对肿瘤患者肢体淋巴水肿改善效果好,能提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective This study aims to investigate the impact of manual lymph drainage combined with"he-sea point"massage comprehensive treatment on limb lymphedema in cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with limb lymphedema who were hospitalized in the oncology,gynecology and breast surgery departments of Taizhou people's hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were evenly divided into study group and control group by random envelope method.The control group received routine nursing manual drainage,while the study group received routine nursing manual drainage combined with"he-sea point"massage comprehensive treatment.The study compared the difference in edema circumference between the affected limb and the healthy limb before and after treatment,as well as the treatment effect on limb lymphedema,between the two groups.Results The study group exhibited a significantly greater difference in limb circumference before and after treatment compared to the control group.Patients in the study group experi⁃enced significant improvement in limb edema,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of manual lymphatic drainage combined with"he-point"massage has shown a signifi⁃cant effect on tumors.It effectively improves limb lymphedema in patients and enhances their overall quality of life.Therefore,this treatment holds promise for clinical application.
