摘　　要：根据标准QB/T 2703—2020《汽车装饰用皮革》和QB/T 4674—2021《汽车内装饰用聚氨酯束状超细纤维合成革》,介绍了汽车装饰用皮革和超纤合成革的适用范围、产品分类、理化性能、检测方法等。重点针对汽车用皮革、超纤合成革材质的重金属总量和六价铬,超纤合成革材质的VOC和TVOC等理化指标不合格的原因及其危害进行分析,为生产企业把控汽车用皮革、超纤合成革质量及检测机构开展监督、检验工作,提供参考。According to the standards QB/T 2703—2020 Leather for Automobile Decoration and QB/T 4674—2021 Polyurethane Bundle Microfiber Synthetic Leather for Automobile Interior Decoration,the application scope,product classification,physical and chemical properties and testing methods of leather for automobile decoration and microfiber synthetic leather were introduced.It focuses on the analysis of the reasons and hazards of the total amount of heavy metals and hexavalent chromium of automotive leather and microfiber synthetic leather materials,and the reasons and hazards of VOC and TVOC of microfiber synthetic leather materials,so as to provide reference for manufacturers to control the quality of automotive leather and microfiber synthetic leather and carry out supervision and inspection work by testing institutions.
