摘　　要：我国有三大平原——东北平原、华北平原和长江中下游平原,三大平原在地理上总体处于“胡焕庸线”的东南地区,虽然其仅占国土陆域面积的8.85%,但在全国经济和社会发展全局中却处于十分重要的地位。三大平原总面积约85万平方公里。Forestry in the three major plains,namely,the Northeast Plain,the North China Plain,and the Middle-lower Yangtze Plain,holds significant importance for China's food security,green development,and the success of the"Three-North"project.To address the existing issues of insufficient forest resources,low quality and poor performances。
