摘　　要：大连天百北楼是天津街重要的历史文化名片,面对历经多次改造历史信息大部分缺失的建筑,如何展现建筑的历史风貌及精神内核是修面临的主要挑战。在价值分析的基础上,从价值要素的角度提出立面修策略,展现建筑价值,延续城市文脉,也为未来的文物修工作提供借鉴参考。Tianbai North Building is an important historical and cultural landmark of Tianjin Street in Dalian.In the face of buildings that have undergone many transformations,most of the historical information missing,how to showcase the historical style and spiritual core of the building is the main challenge for renovation.On the basis of value analysis,the article proposes facade restoration strategies from the perspective of value factors,in order to showcase the architectural value,continue the urban context,and provide reference for future cultural relic restoration.
