摘　　要：荷兰Space Encounters建筑事务所的建筑师团队对一座旧仓库进行了扩建,他们采用的基础设计理念非常清晰:真正做到在旧仓库的上方加建新建筑。新办公楼体量的钢框架就像一张桌子一样,立在由钢筋混凝土和砖块砌成的低矮工业建筑之上。如此一来,在施工期间,作为一家线上零售商和一家音乐俱乐部仓库的原有建筑就可以继续运营了。The Dutch architect team of Space Encounters expanded an old warehouse based on a very clear concept:They literally built over it.Similar to a table,the steel frame of the new office volume stands above the low industrial structure made of reinforced concrete and brick.This allowed continuing operations during the construction phase in the existing building,which houses the storage facility of an online retailer and a music club.
