高变比LLC谐振变换器中低匝比平面变压器的设计

摘  要:为了实现高电压变比,LLC谐振变换器中采用的变压器绕组匝数过多,使其在采用平面变压器及PCB绕组方案时,PCB绕组匝数和层数过多,结构复杂,制造成本成倍提高,且效率降低。本文提出一种低匝比平面变压器,用于高变比LLC谐振变换器,不但将变压器绕组匝数减少一个数量级,而且减少了磁性元件数量和总体积。对低匝比平面变压器进行参数设计,采用ANSYS软件对变压器进行磁场仿真,搭建370V-400VDC/500kHz输入、12V/2kW输出的3D模型,通过仿真验证了所提平面变压器方案的合理性和有效性。In order to realize high voltage change ratio,too many winding turns of transformer are used in LLC resonant converter,which leads to too many winding turns and layers of PCB when it adopts planar transformer and PCB winding scheme,the manufacturing cost is doubled and the efficiency is reduced.This paper proposes the less winding turn number planar transformer for high voltage change ratio LLC resonant converter,which not only reduces the winding turns by an order of magnitude,but also reduces the number and total volume of magnetic components.A 3D model of 370V-400V DC/500kHz input and 12V/2kW output is built by using ANSYS software to simulate the magnetic field of the less winding turn number transformer,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed planar transformer scheme are verified by simulation.
