摘 要:文章基于文化滋养及心理素质培养的观点,叙述了20世纪初“心理卫生”运动在美国兴起后,对我国有关方面的积极影响,提出学生、家长、教师、图书馆馆员等,应通过阅读情绪、成长、学习、积极心理学等知识,掌握“心理卫生”知识及“情绪疗愈系导读书目”,倡导学校和公共图书馆在“4·23世界读书日”“5·25心理健康节”及“10·10世界精神卫生日”等节点,做好做实以“书方子”为抓手的阅读疗愈活动,助力有需求读者的情绪抚平、心理卫生保健,并呼吁通过“全民健心”活动的推行,大力促进和谐社会和精神文明建设。Based on the views of cultural nourishment and psychological quality cultivation,this paper describes the positive influence of the“mental health”movement on relevant fields in China after its rise in the United States in the early 20th century,and proposes that students,parents,teachers,librarians,etc.should master the knowledge of“mental health”and“guiding bibliography of emotional healing”through knowledge of reading emotions,growth,learning,positive psychology and so forth.It calls for schools and public libraries to utilize occasions such as“4·23 World Book and Copyright Day”,“5·25 Mental Health Day”and“10·10 World Mental Health Day”to conduct reading healing activities with“book prescription”so as to help readers in need of emotional relief and mental health care.It also appeals to implement“national mental health”activities in order to vigorously promote the building of a harmonious society and cultural and ethical progress.
