摘　　要：文章梳理了目前我国“阅读疗法”领域的相关文献,发现虽然图书情报领域的研究者是该研究方向下的主要贡献力量,但多年来图书馆界的实践仍然数量少、缺乏可持续性,认为若要促进实践,首先要厘清“书目疗法”和“阅读疗法”的概念的联系和区别,在此基础上,图书馆可积极利用3个可行方法进行“情绪疗愈系”文献资源的建设,并进一步组织相关活动、展开更多服务。This paper combs the literature which has been published in the field of bibliotherapy and reading therapy,and notices that,although the authors are from library science or information science sector,the practice in the library over the years is still limited and lacks sustainability.If researchers and libraries want to promote bibliotherapy services,the connection and difference between bibliotherapy and reading therapy need to be identified,and then,libraries could use three methods to collect relevant resources and provide service.
