摘　　要：北京大学图书馆藏《戴望手札》中有戴望致胡培系信札十九通,经考证,均作于同治六年至同治十一年间,几乎贯穿戴望与胡培系交游之始末。其内容涉及戴、胡二人的学术工作、金陵书局的刻印书籍情况,以及其他相关学者的生平行事等信息。Dai Wang Letters which collected in Peking University Library contains nineteen letters wrote from Dai Wang to Hu Peixi.After research,it is known that the nineteen letters were written in the sixth to eleven year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty and run through the relationship between Dai Wang and Hu Peixi.These letters concerned the scholarly work of the two scholars,the publishing business of the Jinling Publishing House and other scholars’activities.
