摘 要:采用激光熔覆工艺参数,对轧辊表面裂纹使用Fe基金属粉末涂层修复,再对涂层进行力学性能测试,探索出最优工艺参数。在不同工艺参数下制备涂层,切取所需试验样品。采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析Fe基金属激光熔覆试样的物相组成。用金相显微镜分析了Fe基金属激光熔覆试样的显微组织结构,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了Fe基金属激光熔覆试样的晶体结构。用显微硬度仪测试了Fe基金属激光熔覆试样的维氏显微硬度。用高速摩擦试验机对Fe基金属激光熔覆试样进行耐摩擦测试。结果表明:涂层组织均且致密,所有涂层表面都没有裂纹和气孔,物相基本以(Fe,Ni)为主,硬度在260~428 HV0.2,涂层的摩擦系数在0.6左右,磨损率都在10^(-5)这个数量级。Fe基金属粉末激光熔覆涂层拥有良好力学性能,能很好的修复轧辊的同时还可延长使用寿命。2000 W激光功率和扫描速度10 mm/s是最佳熔覆参数。Adopting laser cladding technology,Fe-based metal powder coating was used to repair the surface cracks of hot rolling rolls,and then the mechanical properties of the coating was tested,the optimal process parameters were explored.The coating was prepared under laser cladding process parameters.The required test samples were cut out from the coating.X-ray diffraction(XRD)was used to analyze the phase composition of Fe-based metal laser cladding samples.The microstructure of the Fe-based laser cladding sample was analyzed by metallurgical microscope,and the crystal structure of the Fe-based laser cladding sample was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The Vickers microhardness of Fe-based metal laser cladding samples was tested by microhardness tester.A high-speed friction tester was used to test the friction resistance of Fe-based metal laser cladding samples.The results show that the coating structure is compact and dense,there are no cracks and pores on the surface of all coatings,the phase is basically(Fe,Ni),the hardness is 260-428 HV0.2,and the friction coefficient of the coating is about 0.6.The wear rate is in the order of 10-5.The Fe-based metal powder laser cladding coating has good mechanical properties,which can repair the roll well and prolong the service life.2000 W laser power and scanning speed of 10 mm/s are the best cladding parameters.
