以单侧视神经DWI高信号为影像表现的大动脉炎合并海绵窦综合征1例

摘　　要：患者男性,47岁。既往诊断为大动脉炎,本次发病以左眼球固定、突出、视力丧失为主要表现。眼眶磁共振成像提示左侧视神经弥散加权成像高信号、对应表观弥散系数低信号,提示左侧视神经急性梗死,结合患者头颅磁共振成像诊断为海绵窦综合征。A 47-year-old male patient with a history of Takayasu arteritis presented with prominent symptoms of left eyeball fixation,protrusion,and visual loss.Orbital magnetic resonance imaging revealed hyperintensity on diffusion-weighted imaging of the left optic nerve,with corresponding low signal on apparent diffusion coefficient maps,suggestive of acute infarction of the left optic nerve.Combined with the patient′s cranial magnetic resonance imaging findings,the diagnosis of cavernous sinus syndrome was established.
