基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨前列腺增生的病机与治疗

摘　　要：良性前列腺增生(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH),中医将之归属于“癃闭”范畴。本文基于《黄帝内经》“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨前列腺增生疾病发病机制,将其病程分为“阳化气不足”与“阴成形有余”两个阶段,认为“阳化气不足”是BPH发生的始动因素,“阴成形有余”是BPH发展的核心阶段,提出温通法为贯穿全程的关键治法,通过扶阳抑阴,温阳化气,化痰消瘀,阻断BPH进程,提高患者生活质量。Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is categorized as"retention of urine"in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the pathogenesis of BPH based on the theory of"Yang transforming Qi and yin forming shape"in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine,and divides the course of BPH into two phases:"Deficiency of Yang transforming Qi,sufficiency of Yin forming shape".It is believed that"Deficiency of Yang transforming Qi"is the initiating factor of BPH and"Sufficiency of Yin forming shape"is the core stage of BPH development,and it is proposed that the Wentong method is the treatment method throughout the whole process,which can help to stop the process of BPH and improve the patient's life by supporting Yang and suppressing Yin,warming Yang and transforming Qi,transforming phlegm and eliminating blood stasis.
