摘  要:为适应医疗发展和医改进程,提高青年医(技)师的业务素质和服务能力,提升医疗质量,某三甲中医院针对青年医(技)师实施“三基三严”培训考核。“三基三严”培训考核由分管院长、医务处主任及各临床医技科室科主任组成领导小组专职负责,内容包括“三基”理论与临床操作技能,采用院级培训和科室培训两种方式,考核内容与频次根据实际情况灵活调整。2019—2023年医院青年医(技)师的“三基”理论与临床操作技能考核成绩均显著上升,实现了促进医院可持续高质量发展、加强人才队伍建设、优化人才结构、保障医疗安全、构建和谐医患关系、增强公共卫生防御能力的目标。In order to adapt to the medical development and the process of medical reform,improve the professional quality and service ability of young doctors(technicians),and improve the quality of medical care,the"Three Basics and Three Stricts"training and assessment were carried out in a certain tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospital,targeting young doctors(technicians).The training and assessment of"Three Basics and Three Stricts"was carried out by the leading group composed of the dean in charge,the director of the medical office and the directors of the clinical medical and technical departments.The content included the theory of"three bases"and clinical operation skills.With the use of both hospital level training and department level training,the assessment content and frequency can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation.With the significant improvement of the"Three Basics"theory and clinical operation skills assessment results of young medical(technical)teachers in hospitals from 2019 to 2023,the effects of promoting sustainable and high-quality development of hospitals,strengthening talent team construction,optimizing talent structure,ensuring medical safety,building harmonious doctor-patient relationships,and enhancing public health defense capabilities were achieved.
