摘 要:桥本甲状腺炎患者血清与甲状腺组织内17型辅助T(Th17)细胞数量增多、白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平显著升高,且Th17细胞与调节性T细胞(Treg)比例失衡。Treg比例下降导致甲状腺内免疫抑制功能降低,而Th17细胞通过分泌IL-17等调节甲状腺内促炎细胞因子表达和介导甲状腺组织纤维化参与桥本甲状腺炎的发生发展。Patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis had increased numbers of Th17 cells in serum and thyroid tissue,significantly elevated levels of interleukin 17(IL-17),and an imbalance in the ratio of Th17 cells to regulatory T cells(Tregs).The reduced Tregs’ratio leads to a reduction in immunosuppressive function within the thyroid gland,while Th17 cells are involved in the development of HT by regulating the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the thyroid gland and mediating thyroid tissue fibrosis through the secretion of IL-17.
