摘　　要：近年来,贸易政治化倾向呈现愈演愈烈态势。究其原因,一是思想层面,西方主导的国际社会普遍存在的零和博奔思想所致;二是政治层面,发展中国家与发达国家力量对比发生变化导致西方发达国家对全球治理领导权的下降;三是经济层面,经济力量对比的变化以及国际分工的演变向着对发展中国家有利的方向倾斜,分割了发达国家的部分利益。因此,以美国为首的发达国家深化贸易政治化以重构全球产业链,人为推动制造业双向转移,同时,冲击以WTO为核心的全球贸易治理体系,试图重构以其利益为核心的国际经贸规则。对此,中国应保持战略定力,把做好自己的事情作为出发点和落脚点,以深化国内改革全面畅通国内大循环,推动多元区域经济一体化进程,积极推进经济全球化,坚决拥护以WTO为核心的多边贸易体制作为有效应对贸易政治化的抓手,贡献中国智慧和中国方案。In recent years,the tendency of politicization of trade has become more and more intense.The first rea-son is the zero-sum game thought in the Western-led international society.Second,at the political level,the change in the balance of power between developing countries and developed countries leads to the decline of the leadership of western developed countries in global governance.Third,at the economic level,the change of the contrast of economic power and the evolution of the international division of labor are tilted in the direction of favor for developing countries,and part of the interests of developed countries are divided.Therefore,the developed countries led by the United States deepen the politicization of trade in order to reconstruct the global industrial chain and artificially promote the two-way transfer of manufacturing industry.At the same time,they impact the global trade governance system with WTO as the core and try to reconstruct the international economic and trade rules with their interests as the core.To this,China should maintain a strategic concentration,do your own thing as the starting point and the foothold,to deepen the reform of the domestic comprehensive open domestic circulation,promote diversified regional economic integration,promoting economic globalization,strongly supported by the WTO as the core of the multilateral trading system as an effective re-sponse to the gripper of politicizing the trade,contribution to the Chinese wisdom and solutions in China.
