摘　　要：政府与企业是现代社会中两种有影响力的组织,二者之间的关系与经济运行、国民生活息息相关。任何一个组织都难以脱离环境独自发展,其结构的变化是为了应对环境与条件的变化而做出的反应,政企关系长期以来是我国一项至关重要的制度内涵,要建设更高水平的开放型国家,进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制,离不开政企关系的与时俱进。面对瞬息万变的外部环境,优质的政企关系顶层制度设计可以增强企业的竞争力,动态同构的政企关系可以让政府与企业产生适应性强的良性联系。政府与企业的关系不再是静态的、被动的,而是动态的、交互的。两者之间通过相互塑造,共同推动关系性质的革命性重塑。Government and business are two influential organizations in modern society,and their relationship is closely related to economic operations and the livelihood of citizens.No organization can develop in isolation from its environment.All its structures and changes are reactions to the changing environment and conditions.The government-business relationship has long constituted a crucial institutional background in China and is thus of paramount significance for economic system reform.To build a higher-level open economic system and further improve the socialist market economic system,the government-business relationship must keep pace with the times.In face of the rapidly changing external environments,the impact on competitiveness come not only from the excellent top-level institutional design for the government-business relationship,but also from a dynamically isomorphic governmentbusiness relationship on enterprise,which is even greater.The relationship between the government and businesses is no longer static,unchanging,and passive;instead,it is dynamic,interactive,and mutually influential.Through mutual shaping and collaboration,they can promote the process of digital transformation.A dynamically isomorphic governmentbusiness relationship can establish a strong adaptive and beneficial connection between the government and businesses.
