摘 要:为监测水工混凝土结构的健康状况,制备了自感知石墨烯水泥基复合材料。通过SEM和XRD等对石墨烯水泥基复合材料进行了微观分析,并利用四电极法测量了不同石墨烯掺量复合材料在破坏荷载、循环荷载以及不同相对湿度下的压敏性能。结果表明,石墨烯在水泥基体中分散形成导电网络且石墨烯并不会参与水泥水化反应;复合材料电阻率的降低符合渗流理论;破坏荷载作用下,复合材料电阻率表现出“下降-平衡-剧增”的变化趋势;循环荷载作用下,石墨烯掺量为1.8%、2.0%和2.4%的复合材料表现出良好的压敏性能并在0、50%、70%和90%的相对湿度下具有稳定性和重复性。In order to monitor the health of hydraulic concrete structures,self-sensing graphene cement-based composites were prepared.The microscopically analyzed graphene cement-based composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the piezoresistive performance of the composites were measured by four-electrode method under failure loads,cyclic loads and different relative humidity.The results showed that graphene dispersed in cement matrix formed conductive network and graphene did not participate in cement hydration reaction.The decrease of the resistivity of the composite is consistent with the percolation theory.Under the failure load,the resistivity of the composite material shows a trend of "decreasing,equilibrium and increasing".Under cyclic loading,the composites with graphene content of 1.8%,2.0% and 2.4% showed good piezoresistive performance and stability and repeatability at 0,50%,70% and 90% relative humidity.
