摘 要:在混凝土工程质量和低碳可持续发展的要求下,免蒸养混凝土技术应运而生。首先总结目前发展的免蒸养混凝土技术,其中,早强免蒸养以早强组分促进Ca(OH)_(2)生产,而CO_(2)矿化技术促进水泥熟料中C_(3)S和C_(2)S反应,此外,微波养护和太阳能养护技术以低碳高效的升温方式达到混凝土免蒸养的目的;对比上述免蒸养技术的国内外研究成果和工程应用发现,早强免蒸养技术成熟应用广泛,CO_(2)矿化是目前研究和发展重点,微波和太阳能养护虽然有设备和地区局限性,但都因为较好的低碳效益具有一定应用前景;最后分析了免蒸养混凝土技术在特殊环境、固废/气协同以及技术可靠性方面存在的问题,对免蒸养混凝土技术的发展趋势作出展望,期望从养护工艺角度为混凝土可持续发展提供参考。Under the requirements of engineering quality and low-carbon sustainable development,steam-free concrete technology has emerged.First,this paper introduces the principles and research status of steam-free curing technologies.The earlystrength steam-free rearing promotes Ca(OH)_(2) production with an early-strength component,while the CO2 mineralization technology promotes C_(3S) and C_(2S) reactions in cement clinker.Besides,microwave curing and solar curing technologies achieve steam-free concrete curing with low-carbon and high-efficiency warming.Comparison of the research results and engineering applications of the above technologies found that the early strength of steam-free technology is mature and widely used,CO_(2) mineralization is currently the focus of research and development.Although microwave and solar energy curing have equipment and regional limitations,they both have certain application prospects due to their good low-carbon benefits.Finally,the problems of steam-free curing technologies in special environments,solid waste/gas synergy,and technical reliability were analyzed,and the development trend of curing technologies was predicted.We expecting to provide reference for the sustainable development of concrete from the perspective of curing process.
