锂云母渣免烧陶粒滤料制备及酸侵蚀机理研究

摘  要:对锂云母粉磨细活化制备免烧陶粒滤料,并对其酸侵蚀机理进行了研究,2种锂云母渣经磨细活化后28 d活性指数分别达到87%和90%,具有较好的水化反应活性。随着锂云母渣、膨胀珍珠岩用量增加,陶粒滤料的强度降低显著,二者掺量分别不宜超过40%和10%,此时陶粒滤料筒压强度达到为6.1 MPa,堆积密度745 kg/m~3;BET平均孔径为10.2 nm,介孔平均孔径为10.5 nm,以介孔为主,微孔较少;其BET比表面积达46.9 m~2/g,具有较优异的吸附性能。XRD测试分析表明,经盐酸侵蚀后,陶粒滤料中方解石含量从47.1%降低到20.0%。要制备能应用于酸性环境的陶粒滤料,需对其进行改性,提高其耐酸腐蚀性。The non-burning ceramic filter material was prepared by grinding and activating lemica powder,and its acid erosion mechanism was studied.After being finely ground and activated,the 28 day activity indices of two types of lithium mica slag reach 87% and 90%,respectively,showing good hydration reaction activity.As the amount of lithium mica slag and expanded perlite increases,the strength of the ceramic filter material decreases significantly,and the dosage should not exceed 40% and 10%,respectively.The prepared ceramic filter material has a compressive strength of 6.1 MPa and a bulk density of 745 kg/m~3.The BET average pore size of the ceramic filter material is 10.2 nm,and the mesoporous average pore size is 10.5 nm,indicating that the BET pores are mainly mesoporous with fewer micropores;Its BET specific surface area reaches 46.9 m~2/g,indicating excellent adsorption performance.XRD test analysis shows that the calcite content in ceramsite filter material is reduced from 47.1% to 20.0% after hydrochloric acid erosion.In order to prepare ceramic filter material which can be used in acidic environment,it is necessary to modify it to improve its acid corrosion resistance.
