摘 要:建筑密封材料在使用过程中表面易产生发霉现象,影响美观性和安全性,对建筑密封材料的耐霉菌耐久性检测十分重要。目前采用GB/T 1741—2020《漆膜耐霉菌测定法》对耐霉菌耐久性进行测试,并不适用于有大量水热环境的建筑密封材料,且国内无针对建筑密封材料产品耐霉菌耐久性的相关标准,对建筑密材料耐久测试方法进行探究,设计了一种能够较为客观准确反映耐霉菌耐久性的测试方法,并制定了GB/T 13477.25《建筑密封材料试验方法 第25部分:耐霉菌性的测定》,结果具有较强可控性和重现性,也可对不同样品呈现出较好的区分度,适用性较强。Building sealing materials are prone to mold on the surface during use,which affects aesthetics and safety,so the durability resistance test of mold of building sealants is very important.At present,the relevant testing of building sealants is conducted in accordance with the GB/T 1741—2020 "Test method for determining the resistance of paints film to mold",which is not suitable for building sealing materials with a large amount of hydrothermal environment,and there is no relevant standard for moldresistant durability for building sealants in China.Therefore,this study explored the durability of mold resistance of dense building materials,and designed a test method that could objectively and accurately reflect the mold resistance durability of such products.And developed GB/T 13477.25 "Test method for building sealants-Part 25:Determination of the resistance to mold".It has strong controllability and reproducibility for the results,and can also show a good degree of differentiation for different samples,and has strong applicability.
