摘 要:为了探究双杂环月桂基咪唑啉季铵盐阻锈剂(IQS)的阻锈效果,采用双向电迁移(ECE)技术、动电位极化法、总有机碳法、离子色谱法测试IQS的缓蚀率(η)、钢筋表面吸附量及钢筋附近自由Cl^(-)浓度,并与氨基醇复合内掺型阻锈剂(DCI)、可溶性羧酸铵盐外涂型阻锈剂(MCI)的阻锈效果进行对比。结果表明:3组钢筋缓蚀率分别为η_(DCI)(20.0%)>η_(IQS)(13.5%)>η_(MCI)(6.5%),3组钢筋附近阻锈剂含量分别为c_(DCI)(2.0 mg/g)>c_(IQS)(1.5 mg/g)>c_(MCI)(0.8 mg/g),IQS组钢筋附近自由Cl^(-)浓度最低;ECE处理使得IQS解离出的-R_(4)N^(+)内迁效率优于MCI自由迁移效率,并促进了钢筋附近自由Cl^(-)外迁,但η_(IQS)仍低于η_(DCI),可通过优化电流密度和通电时间提升IQS的阻锈效果。In order to investigate the rust inhibition effect of bis-heterocyclic lauryl imidazoline quaternary ammonium rust inhibitor(IQS),electrochemical restoration technology(ECE),kinetic potential polarization method,total organic carbon method and ion chromatography were used to test the corrosion inhibition rate(η) of IQS,the amount of adsorption on the surface of rebar,and the concentration of free Cl~- in the vicinity of the rebar and compare it with that of aminohydrin composite internally doped rust inhibitor(DCI) and soluble ammonium carboxylate externally infiltrated rust inhibitor(MCI).The results showed that:η_(DCI)(20.0%)>η_(IQS)(13.5%)>η_(MCI)(6.5%),c_(DCI)(2.0 mg/g)>c_(IQS)(1.5 mg/g)>c_(MCI)(0.8 mg/g),the free Cl~- concentration near the IQS group steel bars is the lowest;the ECE treatment made the in-migration efficiency of-R_4N~+ dissociated from IQS superior to the free migration efficiency of MCI and promoted the out-migration of free Cl~- in the vicinity of the reinforcement bars,but η_(IQS)was still lower than η_(DCI),and the rust inhibition effect of IQS could be enhanced by optimizing the current density and power on time.
