摘 要:氢能具有资源丰富、清洁低碳、灵活高效、可储存运输、应用场景广泛等特点,其燃烧热值高,在生产和利用过程中,不会产生二氧化碳、氮氧化物废气和烟尘等废弃污染物,其利用是实现能源优化转型、保障国家能源安全、更快实现碳中和目标的重要途径之一。我国的可再生能源资源丰富,石油企业正在大力开发风能、太阳能光伏发电,为“绿氢”的生产创造了良好的资源条件。在油气能源和石油产品生产过程中,把氢作为主要能源是用能终端实现绿色低碳转型的重要载体,采用氢电互补实现石油企业用能领域二氧化碳排放量的减少,对于实现“双碳”目标具有重要作用。氢能在石油生产中的应用能够实现“双碳”背景下的技术革命,可用于驱动大型客车保障石油职工通勤,驱动重型车辆进行生产作业,新区勘探和产能建设的供电、老区老厂和生产后勤保障的电热冷三联供,以及生产应急备用发电,替代石油生产中所消耗的化石燃料,减少生产用电,消纳新能源发电,对于助推石油企业新能源发展和降低二氧化碳排放具有重要意义。Hydrogen energy is characterized by abundant resources,cleanliness and low carbon,flexible and efficient,being storable and transportable,and wide application scenarios,etc.Its combustion calorific value is high,and it does not produce waste pollutants such as carbon dioxide,nitrogen oxide exhaust,and soot during production and utilization.The utilization of hydrogen energy is one of the most important ways to achieve optimal energy transformation,safeguard national energy security,and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality faster.China is rich in renewable energy resources,and oil companies are vigorously developing wind and photovoltaic power generation to create a good resource conditions for the production of“green hydrogen”.During the oil and gas energy and petroleum products production,using hydrogen as the main source of energy is an important carrier for energy terminals to achieve green low-carbon transformation,the use of hydrogen and electricity complementary to achieve the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the field of energy use for petroleum companies plays an important role in promoting the realization of the“dual carbon”goal.The application of hydrogen energy in petroleum production can realize a technological revolution in the context of“dual carbon”.Hydrogen energy can be used to drive large buses to guarantee the commuting of oil workers,to drive heavy vehicles for production operation,to supply power for exploration new areas and capacity building,to guarantee combined cooling,heating and power for old area,old factory and production logistics,and also can be used for emergency standby power generation of production,substitution of fossil fuels consumed in oil production,reduction of electricity consumption for production,and consumption of new energy generation.The use of hydrogen energy is of great significance in boosting the new energy development of oil companies,and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
